Architectural Review Board
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) members are appointed by the Board of Directors. The mission of the ARB is to implement the current ARB Guidelines to all residential exterior projects in Broad Run Oaks, submitted by its homeowners and residents.
The ARB meets once a month (generally during the third week) to review property change applications. Applications must be submitted one week prior to the monthly meeting for consideration. ARB Guidelines and applications can be found in the green box to the right, as well as on the Association Documents page.
